I have had many students fix their swings dramatically with
this simple device. I believe the arms and shoulders should work together on
the backswing and throughout the swing. This device makes you do that. I
think it works best on the backswing, as it prevents overswinging and the
dreaded flying elbow. It helps prevent the chicken wing through the ball but
it does not completely eliminate this famous move. I highly recommend this device.
